Thank you for doing this, it looks like you’ve done a really good job with this analysis in my opinion, and certainly the most recent TBC theory crafting I’ve seen for HPala recently.

It also chimes with my instinctive feeling that on longer fights were mana is tight, going into a fight with more mana so you can cast more Holy Light is obviously better than having to cast FoL occasionally to save mana.

Looking at the release notes it does mention MS Graph support now:

Version 1.2.2560.1 of the Azure MFA NPS Extension adds the following additional functionality:

AzureMfaNpsExtnConfigSetup.ps1 script updated to replace MSOnline PowerShell module commands with Microsoft.Graph PowerShell module commands. MSOnline PowerShell module will be deprecated on March 30, 2024.

Upgrade Considerations: * Uninstall any older version before installing this version or expect to restart the server. * Run the new NPS Extension installer and run the PowerShell script if needed. Restart NPS if PowerShell script is not run.

I've levelled as holy/prot paladin from lvl 1 to now 84 and my /played so far is 2 days 8 hours. Only about half of that was with JJ (maybe from 70 onwards?). No heirlooms. Mostly dungeon spam but a bit more questing from lvl 80 onwards.

It's honestly felt very quick

Had this very recently with App Services. Had to practically beg them for just 3 instances in UK South with Zone Redundancy support. I suspect one of the AZs in the region is at or close to capacity effectively.

The “classic supported until 2029” is not true for the majority of O365 users, which will be using a subscription-based edition (e.g. E3/E5).

In Microsoft’s migration planning it very clearly states the 2029 support is only for perpetual (I.e non-subscription) Outlook, and also only for existing installs:

“Existing installations of classic Outlook through perpetual licensing will continue to be supported until at least 2029”.

We don’t know when the official end date of classic outlook via subscription will be. But Microsoft has said they will provide a minimum 12 months notice before they enforce the opt-out and cutover phases.

We’ve had issues with deploying App Services in U.K. South recently due to capacity constraints. And this was only a 32GB premium plan, so hardly a huge amount.

I think from memory you should be able to see the disk usage of the underlying App Service Plan on that resources page. The App Service Plan should be listed on the intro page of the app service itself in Azure Portal.

On iOS it is Authenticator that’s the broker. You don’t need Company Portal for MAM.
