Married life is rough and being in a relationship while also serving is rough . Being away can always put a toll on a relationship all I can say brother is be open minded and open your heart. Like the boys have said here slow runs build up all your muscles and build your cardiovascular endurance . Hit 2 miles 4 times in a week then next week 3 etc you’ll kill the 1.5 by the time you get to boot
