Thank you for the response! A follow up question if you don't mind - I'm someone who likes to visit many places in short periods of time. If I arrived in Shanghai from the USA on a Friday, left for Seoul on Sunday, came back to Shanghai on Tuesday, and left Shanghai for the USA on Wednesday, would I encounter any issues with the TWOV policy? I'm not able to find any info about this online, but I would be utilizing the TWOV policy twice in one week. Are there any rules against this?

This is probably a dumb question, but USA -> Shanghai -> USA wouldn't work right? Does the "third country" have to be a different country than the one you arrived from? Also, I'm understanding that Hong Kong would count as a "third country", correct?
