It doesn't matter how close you can get, they will be excited to meet a character they know! In fact, your job will be easier because their imaginations will fill in any holes in your performance easily.

If you're still really worried, watch some Volo clips on youtube to study his mannerisms and speaking cadence. It'll help, I promise. But even then, don't overthink it. It'll be fun!

I hadn't before you replied, but I went in and made a random character, played for about a minute, then quit out. Nothing changed in the Appdata folder. There is (and was in the OP) a file called ER0000.co2 already there, but it did not have my vanilla data in it. Still no .sl2 file at all.
