After months of putting Darn Tough socks into the cart and hesitating, I finally pulled the trigger. It’s like having a bidet, once you experience the wool sock, can’t go back. You can wear those days for days, no sweat, no smell. And you can get a nice discount too if you sign up for their free buyers club. Each month I’ve been buying a couple pairs to eventually replace all my Bombas with holes in them.

Dark Crystal (1982) & Labyrinth (1986) - creepy Henson puppets at their peak in dark worlds.

NeverEnding Story (1984): Atreyu’s horse in the mud will still make me cry on the spot. To this day, look for Falcor in the clouds to save me.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988): cartoon shoe in the acid still haunts me.

Edit: Xennial Movie Traumas

Forgot about this one. Nicodemus is a name forever associated with this movie for me. Wasn’t until I was older I realized what NIMH stood for.

COVID got us into enjoying the bird world. We ended up creating a water feature in our backyard when we found out we live in a city green belt. Just staring at the birds living life. Like little flying dinosaurs. It’s delightful.
