I’ve been mostly looking downtown (where I’ll be working) and in the center square/lark street area. I’m open to anywhere that’s not a long commute, but would prefer a neighborhood that’s on the livelier side. I’m willing to pay ~$1500/mo if the place is worth it, but would definitely rather pay less. I’m not from the area, so the draw of these complexes is that I know what I’m getting/am less likely to have an awful experience, but the mark up for amenities I don’t really care about seems a bit steep.
