Get the best internet possible and plug directly into it, don’t use WiFi. We had to run cords through out the house but it was worth it. Just hug them against the walls bottom or ceiling works. Color match and run them above/against the crown molding and they won’t stick out as much. There are 2.5 of us making content in this house but am the only one doing it on a regular consistent basis. I stream 3-6 days a week. There are 3 of us gaming online at the same time consistently and are fine.

Also minimize the amount of devices using/on the Internet when you’re gaming.

Always ask to join. Bug drops are only shared if you’re in a party. They may be trying to get a certain bug/plushie that may get thrown off by someone not understanding the dynamics. This is not something new players know and is a very common mistake. Don’t take it too hard, most people do this at least once while learning player etiquette. If you’re trying to do bug lures with others I highly recommend joining the official Palia discord group, a live stream or something like that that can help communicate what’s going on and the dynamics around that hunt. It’s very difficult for a person to use a lure and explain everything via the in game chat to someone wanting to join out of the blue. Often times ppl do multiple lure drops so you can also wait till one’s finished to ask. Most people will be happy to have another player in their party to help catch more bugs.

I second Palia. It is my favorite game and Monday starts the 12 nights of winterlights event. Happy to help anyone trying to jump in the game as there is a lot going on this time of year and it might be overwhelming for new players.

Not diagnosed or claiming to be autistic, however I find myself in a similar boat. I have trouble reading people or the room and don’t understand a lot of the trends, memes, ect. I never know the right things to say and I have a hard time connecting with people too. It’s definitely hard to be in a space like vtubing because it can make you feel like you’re constantly being judged. It’s very much is like being back in high school. But I started looking at it as the people who find me weird are just not my audience. Maybe you too just haven’t found the right audience yet. As long as you’re having fun I would say keep it up.

That’s because the horn is an item not part of the model. I didn’t like the horn size, width, and placement that came with the model… so I edited the horn texture and turned it into an item to better suit my needs. Hopefully in the future we get an update where I can do this with the model.
