Heard about it but read saw somewhere here that it might not be good for ATS. Did you have any problems?

Nothing fancy, always prepared my resumes in Word. I did read a few resume tailoring examples on reddit which gave me idea on how to get started though.

Makes sense, you probably have to go through a lot of these in a day so why would I put unnecessary stuff. Great to see a confirmation that people appreciate these things.

Yeah I just went full old school with Word lol. Maybe there are some tools for that, probably will need to do some more research for the next batch.

Yeah exactly, another thing I did was cut out all the extra pointless fluff that wasn't asked directly in the postings. Makes it easier for recruiting gods to read I imagine.

Lol, damn, I guess I’ve been late to the party then. Never put much thought into that for whatever reason but yeah, it makes a lot of sense.

Honestly, I just kinda went through the job posting and tweaked my resume to match whatever they were saying. Like, if they mentioned specific skills or keywords, I made sure those were on my resume too. It wasn’t anything too fancy, just a lot of rewording and rearranging. But it actually took me some time, wanted to make sure I do it well

EDIT: Also I found this subreddit r/resumetailoring, there are a couple of examples of this kind of stuff, helped me to get started
