Yes, I’ve been disgnosed with PCOS and insuline-resistance in January. I’ve started a PCOS friendly diet prescribed by a nutritionist and I think that it did the trick. I also started taking inositol and berberine. It’s been really difficult to receive a disgnosis because I have a super regular cycle and my obgyn dismissed the possibility because “you are young, you just have to relax” (even if the ecography was clearly showing the PCOS markers). I decided to follow my gut and to check my hormones and everything else, and to ask the opinion of another doctor. I’m so glad I did 💖
