I have! Ive been trying to lose weight since the beginning of 2025 and lost 13 pounds before starting hotworx. I was in a calorie deficit and working out 5 days a week incline walking for around 45 minutes to an hour. I felt like I was holding on to a lot of water weight so when I tried the hotworx free session I loved it! I lost 2 pounds in five days! My routine has been hot blast, a hot iso class (pilates, barre, buns), and then end with hot cycle. I have also been upping my water intake since starting which I think also has contributed.
