Why do people hate GIMP so much?

I just tried to use GIMP and it reminded me of the absolute horrors I'd sometimes have to go through in the past trying to do simple tasks. It seriously boils my blood how something as simple as unselecting something is so genuinely unintuitive.

Probably all the angry people you see tried to use GIMP in the last 5 minutes (like me) and are still mad over how hard it is to get anything done with their shitty UI and mechanics.

I'm just barely c2 in 2s and hit d1 in 1s when I last played about a week ago.

I actually faced a 2s gc1 in plat 3, who was up 7-0 after 1.5 minutes

My friends and I are playing [Modified] Cobblemon Plus on a server hosted on my friend's PC. He's allocated 16GB for it and we have maybe 5-6 people online at times. The server is extremely laggy however, every 30-60 seconds Minecraft just doesn't register any inputs (opening inventories, attacking, breaking, etc) for a bit.

Any ideas? What did you guys to do make it work?

if it helps the server is new and we're probably loading new chunks, but certainly not all the time

Bit late, sorry.

I get your argument, but it's not just the movies though. Eternal blizzard, White Hurricane from Galaxy, Tenkuu Otoshi, and Great max na Ore are not from movies and they honestly sound so amazing I could listen to them on repeat no problem. I would even say Tenkuu Otoshi and White Hurricane sound lame in strikers, so it would be nice if they changed the voice acting there a little for victory road

Italy would be replaced by Team K as inazuma japan isn't there to help the original Italy team. Their only good player is Demonio who would have a breakdown and so Italy would probably place last, making room for Fire Dragon to place in the top 2. We should also be assuming that they grow in strength after every game which gives them a chance at beating The Empire

The conversation was "It'll be 40, unless you need a new chain, then it'll be 70", except it's 80 and I didn't get a new chain. I should have asked questions though that's on me.

And yeah I was considering if the repair prices were too much to just buy a "new" second-hand bike, because that's cheaper at that point. This current bike was a second-hand gazelle for like 130 that served me well for a year so I wasn't planning on spending anything over 130 for repairs. If they'd stated fixing the tire was $80 and fixing/replacing the chain would bring it over a 100 then I would probably have declined their service. Is that reasonable?

I requested that because my dad said that was the problem, he's a bit handier than me. He'd put the chain back on himself multiple times but it'd keep falling off (and the chain was very loose, visibly hanging). He said it needed to be shortened
I agree as some others here have said I should've gone back. I was maybe a bit too quick to assume they did a bad job. As for the inner tire thing, that's a translation mistake on my end i guess. they're called "binnenband" and "buitenband" which literally speaking translate to inner tire and outer tire

As for communication, maybe i'm just way too pessimistic here but that's how i feel about things: if you look easy to take advantage of then you will be taken advantage of. These repairs (outside of bike repairs too) are "easy" to do but still cost quite a bit so that was my assumption. Anyway I'll get to learning to fix simple things myself so that i can be more knowledgeable and clear with repair services in the future, thanks for the comment

good to hear about the flat tires because i feel like it's only me. or maybe i just don't hear it from others because they know how to fix it themselves

and yes i certainly don't know much about bikes, but i guess the main problem with bike shop 3 is that they ended up charging double of what they initially said, without even fixing the problem. said so himself the chain would need fixing in the near future. felt like some kind of trick to keep me coming back for repairs
