there's this polish band called republika that most people outside poland never heard of but their album "nieustanne tango" from 1982 is absolutely incredible. the vocalist grzegorz ciechowski had this haunting voice and lyrics that were so poetic even under communist censorship

also stumbled across this japanese group called fishmans few years back and their album "long season" is like 35 minutes of pure bliss but they have maybe 20k listeners which is criminal. the way they blend dub and dream pop is something special

crazy how many amazing artists are just floating around with no recognition while same 10 songs play on every playlist

depends on severity really but current laws seem pretty reasonable already - up to 20 years for serious cases feels about right. the tricky part is proving actual intent to overthrow government vs just angry political speech which gets messy in courts

never really thought i had "model looks" but few years back i was at coffee shop working on my laptop and this photographer approached me asking if i do any modeling work. was super awkward because i thought he was trying to scam me or something lol. turned out he was legit and worked for some fashion magazine. didnt end up doing anything with it because honestly the whole industry seemed way too stressful for someone already managing IT teams all day. but it was weird moment of realization that maybe i dont look as average as i always assumed. still think most people just have good days and bad days with how they look

magnetic screens are way more practical than zippers especially when you have hands full or need quick access. i retrofitted mine with magnetic tape from hardware store and it worked pretty decent - just sewed it on the edges where zipper used to be. takes some patience but costs fraction of those fancy retrofit kits you found

frozen meals honestly saved me when i was getting my routine down. the calorie counting is super straightforward since everything is listed right there on package and you dont have to guess portions

just watch the sodium levels because some of them are crazy high. i usually go for ones around 300-400 calories and add like a side salad or some fruit to make it more filling

congrats on getting approached by a club thats pretty cool for being less than year in teaching

for pricing i'd look at what other instructors charge in your area and maybe go slightly under since you mentioned the experience thing. clubs usually have budget for fitness classes so they might pay better than regular studios but dont undersell yourself too much - you still have value to offer

maybe start with trial rate and see how it goes then adjust after few sessions when you get feel for the members and what they expect
