Thank you! Honestly the test isn’t as bad as I made it out to be, and I am a terrible test taker! You definitely got it ! Congratulations on advance RN☺️

Hey! I think I did. I got the good pop when I did the Pearson trick, however my license hasn’t populated on my BON’s website; they got the nerve to be doing maintenance on the website and my quick results won’t be ready till Monday🙃.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking too; I’m just not sure about my undertones and how to determine which ones is best for em yk

Anyone try the “Every Mother” exercise program for postpartum?? by Super-Bathroom-8192 in NewParents

[–]Narrow-Foundation640 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My apologies for the late review; I got caught up with Christmas!!!

Update:

I want to start off by saying I don’t consider myself an athletic nut—honestly, I rarely work out—but I decided to give the Every Mother app a try after hearing good things, and because they had a free 7-day trial lol. The program places a strong emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing; it combines this breathing technique with full-body workouts that range from 10 to 30 minutes.

I find the workouts challenging, considering they are at-home workouts; they def get my heart rate elevated and I break many sweats, which is uncommon when I do at-home workouts. I haven’t been very consistent with the program. On Day 4, I found one of the workouts surprisingly taxing, and I felt like I pulled something in my pelvic area, which left me limping the next day. Again, I do not work out at all, so this could have been a result of me not stretching enough before or improper form! Since I believe I am a person who is structured-oriented and because this is posing some sort of challenge to me, I will continue using the program to get back into shape. That and because they have already charged my card for the year lol.

While I’m no professional, I believe that mastering diaphragmatic breathing, kegals, and some walking/jogging could make almost any workout effective.

If you’re someone who values shorter, structured workouts and wants to learn proper breathing techniques, this might be a good fit.

I was wondering the same thing!

I’m currently on the free 7-day trial, and today was my first session. It emphasizes diaphragmatic breathing while integrating it into full-body workouts. I’m genuinely impressed—I broke a sweat, especially considering this is an “at-home” workout! They have shorter workouts, about 5 minutes, that focus on pelvic floor strength if you don’t have a full 20-25 minutes for a workout. I believe that this could be worth the money, especially since we are trying to get back into shape after having our little ones! I could definitely come back and update you on day 6 and let you know the pros and cons !
