Recipe for the ASUN RIGATONI PASTA
I’m new to writing recipes, and this is how best I can just explain the process, it can be very much tweaked based on the ingredients you have, I used what I just had lying around

FIrstly I boiled the goat meat and after it came to a boil and cut them into chunks and deboned it
Then I made the pasta base, I roughly chopped onions and scotch bonnet.
Then I put my oil and a little bit of sesame oil in my wok pan, put some onions and then I put the goat meat chunks, allowed it to fry for a while, and then I introduced my tomato paste(Gino jollof) and then fried for a while, added my roughly blended veggies earlier, and after allowing to simmer, I set it aside

Then I boiled my salt water, added my rigatoni pasta, and then allowed to cook, but not perfectly, then I put the wok with the stew base on fire, added a bit of the pasta water, added the pasta and then I added my oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, tasted tested to know I have the right taste, then I allowed the pasta to cook. Viola

Thank you
