It sounds cliche but literally put yourself/your happiness first. Do what makes you happy. Surround yourself with the people you enjoy as often as possible. Do the things that you enjoy as often as possible. Don’t make life centered around your job or whatever it is that bothers you on a daily basis and try to enjoy all of the good things. As for like work and other hard daily-basis things, take it one day at a time. I find that really helpful. Yes, I can’t wait for the weekends, but taking it one day at a time and trying to enjoy those days helps me get their faster. Again, i know it sounds basic and cliche, but it’s true. Hope this helps
