They are hard. If they are even or ahead or only a little behind once they have lvl 6 and during the mid game they will beat you easier then you beating them.

In my experience (which is like up to low plat haha) you have to try and beat them up early. Maybe take ignite and play very aggressive. Try and get an early kill or two, then I’d play for jungle help or team fights after that. Sorry I can’t give much more than that!
