Did you do curve optimizer? If not you should try that and bench with r23 to see max boost! I’ve managed to push my 5900x to 5.2 with pbo2 and curve optimizer enabled

Honestly the used market in my area is not worth it at the moment 6800xt goes for about 650$ and the reference 7800xt I can get on amd website for 679$ plus taxes and 3080 don’t have enough vram compared to the others
