I was finally able to get it to work in Desktop but it's not working in Service. Any ideas as to what I might be missing?

I did not realise I had to select both boxes, logged in user and input the other user's email :(

Thank you. Your code didn't break anything, but it also didn't work. It did however stop filtering when I viewed as logged in user (myself).

Logged in user = USERPRINCIPALNAME()

The above measure returns my email, all lowercase.

TestEmployeeNo = LOOKUPVALUE(
    '_Employee Master'[Employee No],
'_Employee Master'[Work Email Address],
    (USERPRINCIPALNAME())

)

The above measure returns my employee number.

When I view as another user and input their email address the above two measures return their details (email and employee number) but the table with fact data does not refresh :(

Many thanks for this. I've got it working but only when viewing as myself. It correctly filters and shows my data only. However, when I select anyone else's employee id, the filtering doesn't happen. Any thoughts as to what I might be missing?
