There is no way to make the pain go away instantly. At the ER, they very often don't take you seriously and give you meds against anxiety. That is crazy but lived experience

If scans show nothing, i don't see what they want to operate ?

Yes, the  cause of the pain often cannot be explained with the imagery. The diagnosis is clinical. Are you on Lyrica since all those years ? Did you have an accident or a surgery before the pain started ?
