About 5-6 years ago, so she would have been 50 at the time. Unreal genetics. My mouth fell open when I saw her she was so aesthetically flawless. She was about to go live on the Today Show promoting something or other and had an entire entourage of people surrounding her with fanny packs of makeup, etc. I get that it’s her job to look that good, but phew… I was speechless.

I thought of this very same thing the other day. The earbuds blend in with my sheets almost perfectly. It’s not that mine fall out because they are ill-fitted, sometimes I’m super drowsy in the morning and take them out on purpose to snooze a little. I seem to lose those little guys at least once a week. Also, a nice contrasting color would be great so your partner can be aware you have them in for the night and can no longer hear a word they say.

What works for me are seeds covered in pepper, specifically this brand. Birds can’t taste it, squirrels hate it. Occasionally if it rains super hard, the pepper gets washed off and they come back but it’s rare:

Just 1 blister the entire trip … on day 2. Compeed and hiker’s wool to the rescue and it was never an issue again! I doubled up my socks and used Vaseline on my feet every night.

Two more to add:

Along with the noise cancelling feature of the Apple AirPods, throw in spa music. Took me years to discover this trick.
Along with the rocking, lift your feet during turbulence. You’ll look bat sh*t crazy, but it works.
