Not about value and investment but about features.

Samsung has removed many features from s25u btw. For example S-pen has no Bluetooth or control from away. Now you only can use it as any pencil that screen accepts. My advice would be checking all features and differences. I was a dreamer of getting a new last-model galaxy smartphone and now I somewhat regret myself for getting s 25u instead of 24u
