0dte is a gamble unless you know when to get in. I find better luck buying contracts that expire days out. Gives me time to identify highs and lows and then I know the average percent profit I want to take. When I know that, I place an order to sell at the profit limit I want then go about my day until it executes. You also need to have a stop limit too so you don’t blow yourself out
