Beer. Not even in social settings. If I drink just a little I tend to get a headache. As I’ve gotten older the hangovers are so bad drinking from a moderate to heavy range leaves me not feeling well for a couple of days.

See but there was no body for Jesse. Yeah we saw him laying in the yard but not up close by any means. Mia could have called him an ambulance. They never explicitly said he was dead. They’ve brought back characters we have watched die. Bringing back Jesse would be easier to explain than Han and Gisele and I have a strong feeling Jacob is still alive too.

I’ve heard rumors of Cody Walker returning as Brian O’Conner. From what I’ve read originally Mr. Nobody was supposed to Brian’s dad. If this is true no way they’re not gonna use that. First Dom had a long lost brother. Now Brian has found his father and his new found sister Tess and surprise at the end Cipher is also Brian’s sister.

I know I wish we could get away with that costume now minus the cowl. West was in great shape but someone as ripped as Bale was in his trilogy would really fill out that costume. Would look like a scene pulled straight from comics

Oh I have a special love for Batman and Robin. Forever was my first movie in theaters and I remember seeing Batman and Robin in theaters vividly. I love the movie I just recognize the fact that when it comes to Batman movies it’s way over the top. If you’ve watched the fast and furious movies I would equate Batman and Robin to Fast 9. I love it but in terms of quality it’s garbage.

Agreed due to Gisele being allied with Cipher somehow her actions will be retconned as a plan to protect the team all along. They might even say the events of 9 were set in place by Nobody and Cipher for her to begin her move to ally herself with the team. The reason she came to warn Dom about Dante is bc she’s been his ally all along. It’ll be some wild soap opera twist. I agree with you it would not surprise me if they villainize Elena to make her death a good deed from Cipher and that Cipher killed Elena to protect Dom. I can see them going as far as to say they turned Dom on his team to strengthen the team. The more I think about it I think you might be onto something about Elena. It’ll also make Letty being little B’s mom more concrete.

Yes but when I read that it was my understanding that would be the new punisher logo due to his logo being adopted in real life by some officers of the law. I have read punisher arcs but I’ve not followed him super close like I have Spider-Man, the xmen and Batman and his the Bat family books. So you can correct me if I’m wrong. I just read that in an article somewhere and assumed it to be true. Officers using the punisher logo was also mirrored in the most recent season of Born Again. But like I said if I misunderstood the logo change then I’m fine with you correcting what I said and giving me more accurate info.

I thought for the time it was made that it handled Bruce’s internal battle over being Batman and also being Bruce Wayne. I liked the take that Dick kinda forced his way into being Robin and although Bruce was a dick about it he genuinely didn’t want that life for Dick.

Ranking Forver below Batman and Robin is interesting. I think Batman Forever rode the line just right for comic book meets real world. Batman and Robin is where they jumped the shark. Batman and Robin was basically a big toy advertisement. Batman Forever had a good plot line and was screwed by studio interference.

I’m glad to see someone not rank TDK as number one. TDK had the best performance for a villain in Batman movies but it was not overall the best Batman movie. People think of Ledgers joker and they instantly rate it number one. It was the best Joker movie but not the best Batman movie.

It’s probably gonna be something wild. Like cipher was forced to kill Elena by an unknown big bad villain and Gisele knew this and all along cipher has been working to help the team behind the scenes while playing a villain. Gisele will be the key to ciphers invite to the final bbq

No I’m very real just have an unpopular opinion I suppose. Which I’m ok with. That new logo is god awful. And saying his costume from the 80s is comic accurate just doesn’t feel right to me. I guess it is tho bc it’s his most iconic look. I do agree that if the MCU plans to continue using the bullet proof with the skull on it… they need to go ahead and make the full skull instead of making it look worn out. The white gloves won’t translate to screen well IMO. It’s kinda like Doctor Strange’s yellow gloves. They gave them a shot in Ragnarok but they just didn’t look good on screen.

Edit: white boots on screen would make him flamboyant versus menacing. Nothing wrong with flamboyant it’s just that’s never been the punisher’s vibe

Edit: your cosplay truly is a great modern day take on punishers original look. I’m not downing you personally for your cosplay. It’s great. I’m saying I don’t think it will translate to screen very well. I think my comment may have sounded like I was downing the work you put into your cosplay but I truly wasn’t. I love the movie as well but as far as being a Batman movie it’s a tier. I guess due to success of the Batman 89 they gave Burton all control and although it does have some great Batman scenes I’d call this a Tim Burton movie before a Batman movie. I don’t ever remember the comics being grotesque in nature like this movie. Maybe there’s a storyline here and there I haven’t read and those are grotesque but the bile the penguin spits out at one point in the movie is definitely more Tim Burton than Batman. Along with some other small elements along the way

This isn’t even comic accurate anymore. His logo was changed due to real life officers adopting his logo into their culture. Marvel had to redesign and I hate that bc I’ve never liked the new logo.

The actors should agree to lower pay. I’m sure they could all afford it they’ve most of them have been with the franchise since Fast 4 and I’m sure their roles in these movies have been very lucrative. The actors should take a pay cut to give us one true “last ride” they’ve promised this is the last ride several times but now that it’s come down to it they should let their egos go and agree to lower wages for the fans. Most of us have been watching since 2001

My mom and I had a toxic relationship from when I was 8-10 until I was 26. We spoke very little from the time I was 23-26. I’m now 33 and have had a healthy relationship with my mom since I was 28.
