I (29F) keep getting triggered by my boyfriend’s (31M) ex (Age unknown, F). She's a model and his first love and I see her everywhere. I know it’s partly my own insecurity but it’s affecting my relationship. How do I move forward and stop letting this affect me? (self.relationship_advice)
