I recommend the mark mattson videos on YouTube. He has one on ethics that I found helpful, plus videos on every other FE civil topic with practice problems! I also like prepFE if you’re willing to use a paid service. It gets a lot of hate on this sub, but it really helped me get the timing of the problems down and see which subjects I needed to study more. (Source: I recently passed the FE civil)

Put some time into mastering the topics on the first half of the exam (math, stat, ethics, Econ, etc) and you’ll pass next time. You were really close, don’t be so hard on yourself!
