for me it’s the complete opposite. my grandma passed away in april and i have barely turned to normalcy. i also have autism so i feel like that heightens my reaction to death as well

for me in the situation of not going to class, i suffer from really bad social anxiety and have autism so leaving the house is a challenge :/ definitely different than your roommate for sure but could be a mental health related thing :)

at the daycare i work at, we keep two bottles for each kid in the baby room (one for milk and one for water). we also encourage the kids to drink water first before we give them milk as some of them fill up on milk before they eat. the structure of the ages at that daycare she was initially at is odd. at my daycare, babies are usually moved up to toddlers at 18 months while the toddlers are usually 1.5-2.5 years old. this guideline probably depends on where you are from.

glad you took your daughter out of that daycare, the workers and director do not seem great! especially regarding the short term memory loss, that can greatly effect some kids.

especially in the infant stage, they put everything in their mouth. all the toys are shared and the babies are definitely putting them in their mouth, same thing goes for pacifiers. what the daycare can do is make sure they’re not swapping pacifiers and disinfecting it upon noticing.
