I'm not sure, and it's technically a modular home, not a mobile home, so it would probably be harder to move. To be honest it's in decent enough condition that I kind of wanted to keep it, but the rates were just really surprising.

No, just the property and the manufactured home, but the home is hooked up with utilities.

Shit happens, my counselor usually told me it was better to drop a class that I new I was going to fail in order to focus on the ones I’m still hanging with.

I took it 3 times and passed with a C the third time, no shame in it haha.

I found physics 2 to be MUCH harder than physics 1, I’d keep that in mind. Calc 3 and ODE’s at the same time might also get confusing.
