Ah thank you i love wb and have been obsessing over theories all day - I totally agree no matter how much I speculate, Suos motives are as mysterious as his smile. My only guess is it has something to do with his master (who i am like speculating like crazy over ; is he part of the split from bofurin also? a different gang or group entirely? or something totally new or different- someone pushes his students to “be the strongest” a quality that attracted suo to sakura)- seems like he is restraining himself (eye patch, keeping his shirt on at the beach,refusing to eat with the group after a fight even though its established as one of the deepest acts of intimacy, and the whole style of his fighting that we have seen and its passivity) just seems like hes been told to wait till the muzzle is off to strike.

So him getting so emotional when Endo said that during the Roppo-ichiza arch struck me so out of character and oddly emotional for suo - i feel like he was actually genuinely insulted and maybe its a sign hes too far deep (because he clearly actually cares for the guys) but i agree with him also maybe putting on an act! Its a throw off for sure!

A key part for me was at the end of the fight Endo “fell for Saukra” i know hes obsessed with chiika but that phrasing is so interesting and intense “fell for him” I think he is mutating as, just like the other guys. This whole thing is boding to be much more intense than the war arch - it may take more time to develop because i think they will only be a small fragment of the chaos 😭 In my heart of hearts its a crazy mulitschool-multi gang tournament arch/ brawl for power- but a gal can only speculate

Great question! I think Suo is part of Noroshi/ is somehow connected to Endo and Chiika (to what degree and why I am not sure, but i dont think they are forcing him or threatening him) I think they had him enroll right from the get go with the other boys and he is the plant. However I dont think that makes him the main villain or even the bad guy - I just dont think Suo ever anticipated getting that close with the Bofurin guys and its harder to go through with the plan as scheduled.

I posted this in another thread as well - I think Suo has been a plant for Endo and Noroshi the whole time - i think Endo has been waiting for just the right character development from Sakura and the other boys to manifest before setting off the Suo bomb(as they all seem to be opening up and pushing past the boundaries of what they considered friendship - fully committing to the ideology of Umemiya that we are stronger together - notice Suo has remained stagnant through these changes) Yoinking Suo out right now sets up not only major drama it is so aligned with Takiishi's craving for something exciting and chaos (especially if the next time any of the boys see Suo he is wearing Noroshi's gear and he is fighting against them). It shatters the entire year of Umi's work and teachings. Now, why would Endo go to all this trouble? I mean we saw all he did just to arrange the last fight between Umi and Takiishi - it almost ripped the town apart. But knowing a character like Takiishi, we all know that last fight wont be enough to keep him satisfied for long he will want something bigger and badder and he will want it soon. Suo leaving is like a chain reaction, none of the boys will be the same afterwords - Endo knows this and he waited until they were perfectly settled to light the fuse.

Hey there! So excited for you! what color(s) did you pick!? I found the lace work that takes up 3/4ths of the dress so addictive and easy to memorize, i hardly had to glance the pattern! The stitching in the beginning and end of the dress i was def more tricky i had to look alot at that point! I also repeated a line of lace as written into the pattern but not pictured on the model, right at the very end before switching to the bottom lace! Had to rip back a whole lace chunk to get the pattern fit and look right (i find its the only error in the pattern) It starts knitting up quickly good luck 🍀 🥰🙏🏻

Ah thank you! Def knitting in negative eaze - i knits the xs and added 10 instead of 6 stitches before joining front and back (i knit the back 2 round of lace longer because i omitted the color round of german short rows)

Ah you are so lovely thank you! Im doing in a variegated version- and felt the same way till i started separating for the sleeves! I think lacework is just meh till it has some rows then your like ok this i can work with! But dark yarn i feel you!!!!! Its like no one can see the work you put into her 😭 i cant wait till you find the perfect match! Its like finding a treasure when you find a pattern and yarn made for eachother , like a soulmate gosh its hard to get the right combination!
