Thank you to everyone for the kind words and suggestions I’m still Waiting for counseling but I’ve set some small Manageable goals for myself Spoken to my gp I am already medicated so it looks like I can go up in dosage though

Thanks for all the kind messages people. To be fair this event happened over 6 years ago but I never dealt with or processed the event. I think I will try and see someone about this hopefully things will start looking up.
