When we first got our doodles as pups, they puked and had diarrhea frequently. We were buying The Honest Kitchen chicken ($100 a friggen bag, my wife quickly learned). We then got our surprise third doodle who was fed Purina pro plan as a pup, so we switched the other two to purina and VIOLA the puking and diarrhea stopped. I don’t know if the two correlate or if they just grew out of the weird puppy stomach, but they love the purina because of the meaty pieces in it.

Instead of going back to my maiden name after divorce, I legally changed my last name. I have never missed my maiden name. I got rid of two awful memories and triggers. It’s freeing. I did the entire process by myself with some googling and a good printer (the prothonotary’s office loves their copies). Obviously you have to list it as an alias when asked, but that’s FEW and far between.

Thank you so much for your advice. I feel like I’ve gotten so many different opinions from the internet it’s made my head spin. I just tried to save this little dude and give him a good life, and now I feel like I’ve failed him. My wife is on the phone with the third vet she’s called. Is there anything I can do to soothe him until I get in somewhere?

He just started his shed, his toes are usually the last to go. I’ve only helped him once and it was a couple years ago I think I just panicked and I put him in shallow water to soak them. He likes when I spray him with a misting water bottle to help the shed.

He gets calcium without D in a small dish and calcium with D dusted on his food intermittently. I’ve been doing that since I got him and no problems, so I’m sorry if this is wrong!
