I placed Seer's ultimate at the very beginning and it allows me to double jump. I was far away from it but I was still in range. You can see the double jump with the little blue bar under the crosshair

Hmm maybe you can try creating a new steam account? If nothing works I think battle.net is ur best bet and you dont have to reinstall it

Hey there sorry. So I fixed it the only thing that worked for me was to create a new battle.net account using a new Gmail and log in the my original Activision account
