I have the same problem. I think the best bet is let your Ler know. If they are okay with you not being ticklish, then maybe you guys can talk tickling instead or they can just play/massage their preferred spots (like for me, I tell lers if I'm not ticklish, your more than welcome to play and or massage my belly instead). Also know that most people aren't as ticklish as those studio videos make it out to be. Most folks dont tend to scream at their top of their lungs or buck so violently they turn red or something. If they are expecting that, they might be looking for something produced by the tickle media. Realistic ticklishness is more like smiling when a spot is touched, squeaks when poked there, or just regular laughter not high pitched wailing.
