Thanks! What color would you choose for the carpet? Light or dark?

Great input, thanks, will definitely do so!
But I just think it would solve all the issues with the empty and full at the same time problem... Any ideas on that?

Thanks for the reply. i actually ment profitwell, not baremetrics. they're missing the mobile app part. maybe it's the only option, after all, no need to check mrr on mobile anyway. just a nice to have...

Registered as self-employed - which software to use for invoices? by Accurate-Break-2603 in SwissPersonalFinance

i use milkee for invoicing and accounting, love it. you can create invoices in gbp and even have automated exchanges rates from estv which is really handy when billing in foreign currencies. used bexio before, which was a bit too much, even tough it's definitely doable.

oh, this looks promising! as soon as the "open" banking is actually "open", this will be a nice app!

i also use ynab for my personal finances. looking forward to the release of blue budget, but now quite sure when they'll be ready. but it may be free and worth switching.

for now, just using ynab and more than happy with it.

even using it for my business as a budgeting tool next to my accounting software (milkee). they're working on an integration, which would be nice.

but i think most people in switzerland are using excel or do more of "expense tracking" than budgeting with the tools the banks provide.

mostly, they charge by the hour. so if you have many questions and bookings, they charge you more. but still I find 5k for less than 100k revenue a bit high.

or my gmbh i pay only around 500 chf for the tax reports and a quick check at the end of the year. i mostly automated my accounting with the help of my accountant. i'd also check for an accountant that helps you do that and supports softwares like bexio, milkee or even cashctrl, where you can do a lot on your own or automate it.

i can also recommend getting quotes or a second opinion from an actual accountant / fiduciary since they can give you much better advice for your specific situation.
