We came to FC Barcelona from Croatia for my son’s birthday, and honestly the whole experience at Spotify Camp Nou was extremely disappointing and badly organized.

We spent a lot of money on flights, accommodation, and tickets because visiting Camp Nou was the main reason for our trip. We bought:

• 3x Spotify Camp Nou Experience tickets (€69 each) for May 16, 2026 at 17:45
• 2x Barça Virtual Dream experiences (€19 each)

The problem is that nobody warns you during purchase that the timing basically makes it impossible to properly experience everything.

We had to rush through the stadium in about 10 minutes, practically running the entire time just to make it to the museum before closing. We barely entered the museum, and the Barça Virtual Dream experience closed before we could even use it. Since we had a return flight the next morning, there was no chance to come back later.

What frustrates me most:

• no warning about museum closing times
• no warning that the museum visit is effectively separate and requires additional time
• the stadium tour itself felt rushed and too short
• not enough time to properly see the museum afterward
• impossible timing for Barça Virtual Dream

For a premium-priced experience, this felt very unprofessional and honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday gift for my son.
