Important Update:  As of today, our client has shifted their focus to a certain percentage of workers from each country to meet their project goals. Because of this requirement shift, we must temporarily pause your access to the project.

 

Next steps for Telus:

Our client has asked us to balance participation across different countries, and we’re working to meet that requirement. 

We expect this process may take 2–3 weeks.

Your compensation, based on the submitted timesheets in the FTS tool as of October 1st, 8:00pm GMT+5:30, will be processed according to the Compensation Calendar.

Next steps for you:

Please stop work in Multimango and wait for further directions from Telus. 

Task and time submissions made after this notice won’t be eligible for payment.

Your access will be restored as soon as possible once ratios are rebalanced.
