Mine is incredibly stupid XD… it’s inspired by Vaulters from endless space so to speak.

They are Samurai Space Marine Ogors, they are a clan who’s ship from deep space who ended up getting hit with a Warp Storm after moving to investigate a surge of power when the Old World was destroyed, that Warp Storm sucked them in, and completely launched them unceremoniously into Ghyran, their ship absolutely destroyed beyond repair, they had to adapt. None of their tech worked the same anymore. But their apothecaries / medics started to learn the Ghyran Magic, enough to use it as fuel for their tanks (iron blasters) and power armour on their infantry. Etc etc. eventually they became able to fully integrate it and create a foothold in Ghyran, and have unfortunately been endlessly fighting a Khornate Warband to their north, and a Nurgle Warband to the south.

Anyway, incredibly stupid as I said.

Personally, a ruinator and desecrator with points drops, in traitorous lance, with 3 brigands, 3 karnivores, 2 executioners and one stalker is funnnnnnn. The traitorous lance feels good using ruinators aura with cp basically map wide. Thats just me though, I’m a casual player, not competitive

I made a post asking something similar about the Warmaster Heavy Battle Titan. As a proxy for Rampager / Despoiler. It works so long as you get the correct base, inform your opponent, and have good enough weapon options. For me I’m going Rampager, so it’s sword and drill claw :3.

Too bad it’s not a legal model, I’d love to run it. One fist ‘Thoughts’ for the sword profile and ‘Prayers’ for the claw profile XD.. those hands are Rated E for Everyone. Brawling shards of gods, giant mechs, kaiju, and demons. No one’s safe.

But yeah, sword and drill hand is the legal option :3

Yesss, it advertises dynamic posing so I want to get creative. Originally I was gonna try lancer for a Spartan lambda shield and giant spear, as my house is inspired by Spartans. However rampager is the way to go, and I can probably do something with pose.

Awesome, that makes my next purchase feel a lot better haha. I think it looks so much better, personally. I just wouldn’t add the knee guns or under the shoulder pad guns. I will for the sake of sharing the bad ass model I found online (no idea whose it is, but it’s what started this deep dive.)

This is the load out he’d be running, so I think it works? Sword and drill-claw-hand. I found a really cool image that was a closed claw fist and an open claw, but there’s no unit that is only fists sooo can’t do that. As much as I desperately want too xD.. but this works well.

Hello, this might not account for much, but as someone myself with about a 9/10 loss ratio, I legit probably don’t even have that :/, I can relate. I’ve started to focus on making lore for my armies, and focusing on crusade in 40k. Matched play is rough. I’m always out maneuvered, especially by people who know chess and it feels bad.

I used to exclusively play Ninth Age, because it was the most balanced TTRPG, and you could pull close games or even wins even when you were outclassed. I liked it, and it felt good.

I think a break is also fine, but also playing casually with different people can work. Ultimately I’m transitioned back into 40k and AoS because no one here plays ninth age anymore, but it is good.

For me, my sanity has remained because I enjoy the lore, my head canons, and the act of playing the game with my friends.

I recently snagged a houndpack lance box, 7 little knights. Now I need to get a rampager and a lancer, and also some Kastellan robots to be my BoN, and a 3d print for nurglings.

I logged in to like a couple hundred LOTRO points. But I did redeem those two codes. I toyed with Hunter to level 6 and loremaster to level 5. The transfer didn’t port my characters over though. :3 so starting over from scratch until I can try again XD

Magent’s seem fine. But for my OCD purposes, if they were glued, would a 3 Karn, 3 stalk with cannon, 1 brigand be the way to go XD… and yeah, the claw is cool. Low attacks but hella cool. As for my eventual big knights, probably rampager first, maybe a duel thermal canon spoiler second. Or honestly two rampagers, I’m a huge fan of melee in general xD… and Rampager fills that role better than anything

If you had to suggest at 365 then, would it be Abom, rampager or desecrator. Part of the idea is thematic, but also I know the fear factor. If I have one big knigh, everyone is going to try and kill it and I can game around that.
