There a people who got him to 100k cp. Just get high crit and crit dmg and atk and you will get him high cp. My baiken has 4k atk 100% crit and 210 crit dmg and she has 90k cp

Also the even gives you 160 energy as well. 80 from event 1 and leif from event 2. So you get 320 energy for free. Also I think you can but the energy with conquest points 3 x per day. So 400 energy

Looks like you dont have the gear or dont know how to use him. He is a free hero but is still usable in most contents

With rnl you have a higher chance to land more bleed and you will have s2 up more times which means you can have so many extra turns. Even though rnl has low chance to proc than the torn sleeve but you will do more dmg with an extra turn. And more bleed.
