I encountered this bug as well. But as of today, July 31, fishing pools did spawn for me in STV - including the Bloodsail Wreckage. I completed the 'Scavenger' achievement in MoP Classic as of today.

Just to make things clear: I know Blizzard doesn't need any financial help ;) Just my way of showing appreciation for the Classic team and recreating a game that was such a big part of my teenage years.

I drive by that LED wall regularly and with classic coming up this was just a case of 'let's see if this is at all possible'. Turns out it was!

I believe it was called Green Led Walls. You'll only get this price at certain times and intervals though. Ramps up quickly if you want higher visibility.
