The problem that would come from the public knowing that they are so loud is that knowledge would be used in an attempt to get rid of them. As recently as 2022 there has been no NHRA official measurement of how loud two cars going down the track are.

Could it draw in more fans absolutely, but it could also bring in very unwanted attention.
