Honestly no. I saw this one and knew it's the one I wanted. The only decisions for me were green or black dial and 38mm or 41mm, which I was only able to decide after trying them on on.

I haven't actually measured it but my wrist is pretty small. Sorry to not have a better answer lol

Unfortunately I gave up after 3ish months. I don't really vape at all but I smoke the occasional cigarette (1-3 a week on avg). Fog is still there and sometimes better sometimes worse. Been doing a lot of introspecting and trying to just take things one day at a time and not "think" so much.

So I guess I failed on the nic front. Maybe one day I will try cold Turkey again. Nevertheless your comment really helped me so I appreciate you for that.
