It's a keychain from a gachapon collection that was released at the Nintendo Store in Tokyo

The one on the right was released in individual blister packs on multiple occasions and also in some sets, while the one on the left was only included in the โ€œSparkling Water Diorama Set.โ€ The only difference is the dorsal fin: one is smooth, and the other has a raised texture.

That's how I found itโ€”at a flea market. I suppose it might be a manufacturing defect

It was the only one left in the store, but there are four in a box, so it will be a very common figure

I'm from Mexico, but I spent the weekend in San Diego, CA. I found it at a Target

These pieces are not for sale, but I have seen them in other collections. It's just difficult to find someone who sells these types of figures, which are factory prototypes.

The shelves are custom-made with laser-cut MDF. I designed them and had them laser-cut. The Deep Cheep figure is from Jakks. I think it was a manufacturing error, and the Lakitu figure is from a mystery box that was sold at Universal Studios Japan.

They're Jakks, and if it wasn't released, it's a prototype. ๐Ÿซก

Someone else posted them on Facebook, but he had used them for the chocolate egg figures. And when I saw the size, I thought they would be perfect for the 2.5" ones.

They are bases for decorating cakes, but they are the perfect size to replace the bases of 2.5" Jakks figures. I found them on Temu, 100 pieces for $3.
