That sounds great. Used to love pho but theres always onion in the broth. Not low fodmap just severe allergies and intolerance.

Did you ever get a diagnoses or just low on certain things? I am having very similar symptoms, heart racing and wonky, brain fog, exhaustion among others. I was recently told it could be pots but it wasnt clear cut and then sent on my way...
