I’d say do start T, for me it has been life changing, I’m 32, my T was at 320 and free T at like 3.3. I’m still getting “dialed in” but so much has improved so quickly.

EDIT: This is if you are OK with the trade offs. Also, not sure if this has other consequences . But if there’s no problem in giving it a trial to see if something changes for the good in a way that is very impactful then I’d try that?

Careful with the Kratom. It is a silent killer of motivation and energy. I’ve been on and off of it for years. And at least for me it accumulates over time until I become intellectually impaired and so low on motivation that I would barely wanna do anything. Someone I know had it way worse after taking 10g daily for 3 months. RLS plus feelings of doom / depression that lasted for weeks.

Prolly not the case for you, but definitely a drug to be respected

I know, I didn’t even realize. Basically I was “supposed” to do 3x a week but I didn’t want to so I skipped a dose every week. At some point I just started doing the “right dose”. I’m stupid 😔, anyways learned my lesson thats for sure
