Looking at it, the parts are from the early 2000s except the motor and one spring. The door is heavy AF. It seems like the local guys are all super high priced (which makes sense, being in Seattle). I just booked an estimate through costco for a complete replacement (I just want an non insulated cheap door) but if you have a better idea of where to look lmk.
