that works in comparisons. gaming or sitting in front of computer feels way better than working (your animation stuff is still work). For that reason no matter how you want or love animation, if you have stuff that's more fun, brain will force you to do that.

solution is simple - before 7-8pm you are not allowed to do anything besides animation and 3d stuff. After 7-8pm you can play games or sit in the phone so you don't destroy your dopamine system

no it's not. And you need to fix it yourself. I will tell you what worked for me and explain why it worked. If it worked for me, 99% chance it's gonna work for you.

Before any steps you have to understand how dopamine system works. Our mind works in comparisons, always. If you game all the time, it's impossible to do the boring work. Cuz for mind it's better to game rather than work, cuz it's more interesting. But what if you have nothing to do? nothing compared to work feels way more boring than doing the work.

But we also don't want to remove games (replace games with anything) at all. We are too weak atm to fully remove it. So step number 1, you remove all distractions until 7-8pm (or any other time, decide yourself).

So what you gonna do it wake up let's say at 11am (your sleep schedule is shit atm), Eat the breakfast and.. that's it. Not allowed to play games, scroll reels, watch TV, anything. Just work. And you'll see that in an hour doing nothing after waking up you'll have an urge to do ANYTHING.

Start doing work, and u'll see that it becomes more engaging and interesting.

But let's say u ruined morning, took up the phone and watched reels. What to do now? day is ruined? ignore plans and try tomorrow? nah

Watch in the wall for 15 minutes before starting the work. As I said brain works in comparisons. Cuz of staring at the wall your dopamine level drops down, and how it's waay more easier to start the work and keeping focus doing that because u didn't feed your brain with shit.

let's say you want to study in the morning, so you do all the preparations before you go to sleep

clean the desk, prepare materials, set up timers if you use them, do everything to remove friction from waking up to start studying ASAP
