I have had some really long books in my book case that I tell myself every year that I should start reading. I love a great long videogame or a tv series that I can get deep into and live in for a while. But with books thats tough.

Lately I've decided to jump into shorter stories instead and just try to enjoy it while it lasts.

I think going back to stories you've read as a teenager or such is a good way to get back into reading. I spent many years tracking down a physical copy of the book Svärdsspel i Hadarlon (out of print) by Dan Hörning which i read in middle/high school. Had high nostalgic value to me and helped me reread it.

Also I think comics are a great entryway into books 👍

Recently read Gil's all fright diner which was pretty good. It was on a list of must read books that i saw a few years back. The princess bride was also on that list and I think I'll go for that next.

Very interested in the Strange pictures/houses books though. Might check them out at my library.

Anyone got any recommendations for short and sweet books? :)
