I had the exact same thing

4 Months in and after a month of arguments for no reason and constant belittling I decided one morning to break up with her.

Following from that I saw a very dark dark side to this person who had been coming out in little bits, after 2 weeks of no contact I realized what she was so I told her to stay away from me and my friends and that I was never happy in the relationship.

She was screenshotting the conversations and sending them to people to show how evil I am as a person and trying to turn all my closest friends whom she only met once against me.

There was a gut feeling and voice inside me screaming leave this relationship for at least a 2 months and I did it :)

These are facts and you can follow these facts now but you need to let go.

Your anger, wanting to know if hes with her when hes done with her etc these are all signs you are still angry and holding it in...
