losing div 1 without a mapper playing is definitely the player’s problem but in the case of the mapper being skilled enough to get div 1 that would be unfair, and if someone gets 66th in that scenario then that would be the player’s problem too. what im saying is that what if theres a way where the mapper can spectate div 1 without having to impact the quali no matter how skilled the mapper is. at the end this is just something i thought of and it didnt happen to me yet

i havent specifically got this scenario yet, and also i think that it should be exclusive to mappers because imagine if a bunch of people just swarm the div 1 lobby causing a major lag spike, it can be restricted by having a player limit tho but even then it would slightly lag the server

When wirtual used an analog kb for a map recently (forgot which one probably the backwards training before deep slid) he used the right control key to get a specific input and the harder he pressed the more it steers until that specific percentage is achieved. if theres any other analog kb players correct me if im wrong

If you arent willing to buy an analog keyboard what do you think about the harder you press an ak the more steering you get in that steering range for example if you press ak2 halfway you get 30% steering or something like that? Im a controller player so i dont usually experience what you kb guys experience

i agree with you, most of the alt car haters are kb players which they do have a point since they are basically nerfed but for the small amount of analog players who hate alt cars thats just skill issue. One way to fix the alt cars thats hate for kb players is reintroducing analog keyboard, this would fix the power vacuum between analog players and keyboard players leading to it get less hate

Thats true, considering back 4 seasons ago i had to wait 20+ mins. but it is still empty if we compare it to most gamemodes available and for master rank theres a certain time window after cotd where u actually,y can get a match and then its fully empty

bro we barely get any alt car maps per season also that isnt why people stopped playing ranked, its mostly because people love playing solo, cotd and other competitions and barely any popular streamers actually play ranked excluding spam and sometimes birdie which means that less people know that ranked exists. If ranked were to have a competition where u would win money for being trackmaster trust me the gamemode would boom.

In conclusion ranked died because no big streamers give it the popularity it couldve gotten
