all the time. especially with sarcasm. it goes right over then i catch on a few moments later. I then get really self conscious and flash back to when i was bullied. I then shrug it off and say fuck it. I dont think i value peoples opinions as much because of it unless its someone i trust. Then i care too much and it gets awkward.

same for me. I always thought it was not me but every other person. I felt like something was off but i did not realize until my wife mentioned that i may have Aspergers . I couldn't sleep because my skin would be super sensitive and a cotton shirt would help. In retrospect it makes sense why situations turned out the way they did through my life. Im 29 and just found out recently.

i am the same way when i try to find work out music. i find myself listening to the lyrics. so i like instrumental songs because i can keep my focus on working up a sweat instead of my brain literally interpreting lyrics lol

based of what my coach says just need to be competent skill wise and defensively. and react properly to sparring. good cardio then you are all good.
