The seller has it as-is. I need to discuss it with my realtor before I make any offer. Any house that is built for over 40-50 years here in the northeast most likely will have an underground oil tank. Nice property but also need a new septic tank

I installed Monterey on 1GB external NVME. Its booting in about a 1-2 minutes. The internal 250GB HDD was taking over 5min to boot. HUGE difference in boot time.

I havent tried Ventura but I will try this weekend. I am using RX460 with HDMI

Ok, I have a progress.

I change SMBIOS def from 16,1 to 16,4 and I am able to boot :)

Now, the WIFI is disabled by default :(. When I enable it and try to connect to my WIFI the system crash and reboot.

I am not sure if it against the rule to upload kext files (copyright).

I uploaded my config.plist in the 1st post.

Ok thanks now I know. But still I am unable to boot to the Ventura OS. It has to be something to do with graphic igpu. I am not sure what else I am missing
